"Being a breeder of purebred Icelandic Sheep, I encounter quite a range of individual personalities.   Some are prompt and true to their word and others tend to be quite a bit more casual.  In a recent exchange, I was promised the eventual certifications but they never seemed to materialize.

Because Bruce Klopfleisch and I were friends when we lived in Morris, MN, I turned to him for a bit of help.  With a single courteously worded letter to the seller, he was able to get my certificates to me in near record time.   I doubt that without his help I would have ever obtained the certificates of registry."
